Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow additional time during customs clearance or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Track your order via the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We‘re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at [sherry18chen@gmail.com] if you need to correct an address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost/Stolen: Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, we’re not responsible. Please contact the carrier directly.

  • Damaged: Email us within 7 days with photos, and we‘ll resolve it per our Return and Refund Policy.
